Refund policy

The short version

Bought a theme and it isn't for you? Email [email protected] within 30 days and we refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason.

What to send

The email address you used at checkout. That's enough for us to find the order.

Your key keeps working

A refund doesn't disable your license key. We don't take a theme back. If a key ever stops working after a refund, email us and we'll put it back. A URL that's already in OBS never checks for a license, so your scene is unaffected either way.

How the money comes back

Polar is the merchant of record, so Polar returns the payment to the card or wallet you paid with. How fast it shows up depends on your bank.

Before you dispute a charge

Ask us first. A refund is one email. A card dispute takes weeks and costs everyone involved.

Polar's own terms

Polar sells the theme to you, so Polar's terms and refund rules apply too. Ours are more generous, and we follow ours.
