How do I choose a theme?

Use the live preview above. Classic keeps the timer quiet, and the visual themes are for scenes where the timer is a main part.

Every theme works as a full background or a clear overlay. Test it at the source size you plan to use in OBS.

What happens if a theme cannot start?

TimerBox waits for the full visual display before it shows the theme. If the theme can't start, a plain digit timer stays on screen. A look can fail without taking the time with it.

Are the themes free?

10 themes are free, and free themes stay free. No theme puts a watermark or a TimerBox name on your stream. Paid themes unlock in the builder with a license key, and previewing them costs nothing. Set one up in the builder; the URL reference has the advanced setting.
