Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2026
The short version
TimerBox is a free browser-based timer. Use it how you like. We don't promise perfection, and your local settings stay on your device. The Privacy Policy has the data details.
What this covers
These terms apply to your use of timerbox.app and everything it serves. By using the site, you agree to them. If that's a problem, stop using it.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break the site, automate it in ways that harm other users, pass it off as your own product, or use it for anything illegal. Otherwise, go run your intervals.
Your data
Timer settings, session history, and preferences live in your browser's local storage. We don't read, transmit, or store them on any server. The Privacy Policy lists everything we keep in your browser.
Intellectual property
The TimerBox name, design, copy, and site assets belong to us. You're welcome to use the tool itself as a user. Reusing the branding or cloning the site is not part of that welcome.
No warranty
TimerBox is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that the site will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. If you need a timer that comes with a service-level agreement, this probably isn't it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimerBox and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including missed alarms, lost work, or a batch of ruined cookies. Your scrambled eggs are your own problem.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to that venue.
